Welcome to Uttaraini’s Shipping Policy! We want your handcrafted candles and artisanal products to reach you safely, on time, and without any confusion. Your trust means everything to us, and we’re committed to keeping our process simple and transparent.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
During festivals or high-order periods, processing may take an extra day.

Delivery Time

Pan-India delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
Remote areas may take a bit longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout (based on weight & location).

Packaging

Each product is packed securely with bubble wrap and cushioning to ensure your candle reaches you safely.

Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link/message to follow your order.

Delays

We pack and ship on time, but courier delays may happen occasionally. We’ll help you track your parcel whenever needed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Uttaraini, every candle is handcrafted with love in the hills of Nainital. Your happiness truly matters to us, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unlit, and in original packaging.
Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the product.
Depending on the case, refunds may be processed as store credit or original payment method.

Damaged Orders

If your candle arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video + photo within 24 hours, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged.
